The low cost Optly Platform represents the best value for money of any GDPR and PECR compliance tools that are available.

Optly Platform pricing is based on how many active customers you have in your business. Our GDPR and PECR business compliance tools, smartphone apps, documents, guides and document management system are included in your easy to calculate monthly management fee.

All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Pricing Example 1

If your organisation has up to 3000 active customers and you do not wish to use our Opt In Consent service or our secure message reply service, the costs would be as follows:

  • Setup Fee – £45
  • Monthly Fee – £35

 

Pricing Example 2

If your organisation has around 2500 active customers and you wish to use our Opt In Consent service to send out text messages and emails to your contacts and record the relevant Opt In consent evidence, the costs would be as follows:

  • Setup Fees – £45 + £75 for Opt In Consent Service  (5 pence per contact)
  • Monthly Fee – £35

 

Pricing Example 3

If your organisation has 5000 active customers and you wish to use our Opt In Consent service to send out text messages and emails to your contacts and record the relevant Opt In consent evidence, the costs would be as follows:

  • Setup Fees – £45 + £200 for Opt In Consent Service (5 pence per contact)
  • Monthly Fee – £45 (£45 to maintain and manage 5000 customers)

 

Important: If your organisation processes or stores peoples personal information, then doing nothing towards compliance with the GDPR laws is simply not an option. If you use a service such as Optly to assist with gaining GDPR compliance, or obtain some GDPR certifications, then if you are found to have compliance issues, you will likely face a much less harsh penalty than if you do nothing.
